Yes, you can click the "Resend OTP" option available on the screen. Please wait for a few seconds before retrying.
3. What should I do if the OTP still doesn’t arrive after multiple attempts?
If you’ve tried multiple times and still haven’t received the OTP:
- Check if your number is correct.
- Confirm that your SMS inbox is not full.
- Switch to a different network zone or restart your device.
- If the issue persists, we will escalate it to our supervisor for further assistance.
4. I’m receiving the OTP late. What should I do?
Delayed OTPs can be caused by temporary network congestion. Please wait a bit or try resending the OTP. Also, check your phone’s date and time settings—they should be set to automatic.
5. Will I be charged for receiving OTPs?
No, receiving OTPs via SMS is completely free of charge.
6. Can I receive the OTP via email or call instead?
Currently, OTPs are sent only via SMS to your registered mobile number. We do not support email or voice-based OTP delivery at this time.
7. I entered the correct OTP but it says “Invalid.” What should I do?
- Make sure you're entering the latest OTP received.
- Avoid any spaces or extra characters.
- If the issue continues, try requesting a new OTP and re-enter it carefully.
8. Can OTPs be sent to international numbers?
At the moment, OTPs are sent only to valid Indian mobile numbers. International numbers may not receive OTPs.
9. I changed my number. How can I update it to receive the OTP?
Please contact our support team to update your registered mobile number. Once updated, you’ll start receiving OTPs on the new number
