If you're having trouble uploading a photo of your PAN Card, follow these steps to resolve the issue:
1. Allow camera access in Chrome on your phone
- On your Android device, open Chrome .
- To the right of the address bar, tap More. Settings.
- Tap Site settings. Camera.
- Tap to turn the camera on.
2. Clear the cache & cookies in your browser:
- On your device, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More â‹® > Clear browsing data.
- Select a time range, like Last hour or All time.
- Click Clear data.
3. Open the TrustPaisa website in Incognito mode:
- On your device, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More â‹® > New Incognito Window
- Open our website and try to take a photo of your PAN Card again.
