If you see a pending screen, it means that the operation to enable Auto-Debit (E-Mandate) is still in progress. Please wait for the screen to be reloaded.
If you see a failed screen, it means that the operation to Auto-Debit (E-Mandate) failed. In this case, try to connect the Auto-Debit one more time.
This issue may be also due to insufficient funds in your bank account. To ensure a smooth setup, please check that you have enough funds available before attempting again. As an alternative, you can try a different payment gateway, including other UPI options, to complete the process.
