Can I delete my TrustPaisa account?
As a Lending Service Provider (LSP) partnering with a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC), TrustPaisa is required to comply with applicable regulatory and Digital Lending Guidelines. Certain essential information, such as KYC documents and transaction records, may need to be retained for regulatory, legal, and audit purposes.
While we may not be able to delete information that is required to be retained under applicable regulations, any data retained will be handled securely and used only for legitimate purposes in accordance with applicable legal and privacy requirements.
Will my information be shared with third parties?
Your information will be handled in accordance with our applicable privacy practices and regulatory requirements. It may be shared with regulatory or statutory authorities when legally required.
Will I receive further loan enquiries after requesting account deletion?
We will ensure that no further loan enquiries are conducted at your workplace following your request.
