- Allow the Auto Debit to Process: To avoid any duplication or confusion, we recommend allowing the scheduled Auto Debit to go through as planned.
- Excess Payment Handling: If both the manual and Auto Debit payments are processed, there’s no need to worry. We will automatically initiate a refund for the extra amount, and it will be completed within 3–5 business days.
