1. Why is my loan still showing as active even after I have repaid it?
The loan will continue to show as active until all scheduled EMIs are cleared. If you have already repaid the full amount, we request you to share the payment proof (transaction screenshot and updated bank statement) so we can verify and update the status.
2. I have already paid the full loan amount. Why is the system showing only one EMI as received?
As per our records, we have received only your first EMI payment of ₹3,850 on 26/08/2025. Your second EMI of ₹3,850 is due on 26/09/2025. If you have already paid the second EMI or the full loan amount in advance, kindly share the payment proof for verification.
3. How long does it take for the loan status to be updated after repayment?
Once all EMIs are cleared and verified, the loan status is updated as closed within 3–5 working days.
4. I have already shared the payment proof. When will I get confirmation that my loan is closed?
After receiving your documents, our team will verify the repayment details. Once confirmed, we will send you a loan closure confirmation via SMS/email within 3–5 business days.
5. What documents do I need to share if I have repaid my loan in full?
Please share:
- A screenshot of the repayment transaction(s)
- An updated copy of your bank statement reflecting the payment(s)
6. Will my CIBIL/credit report show the loan as active until it is updated in your system?
Yes, until our system reflects the loan as closed, it may still appear as active in your credit report. Once the closure is updated, it will automatically reflect in your CIBIL report within 30–45 days.
7. Can I make an advance payment to close the loan earlier?
Yes, you may choose to make advance/full repayment. Please ensure you keep the transaction proof safe and share it with us if the loan does not reflect as closed automatically.
8. Whom should I contact if my loan status is not updated after repayment?

9. Will I receive a loan closure letter once my loan is closed?
Yes, a loan closure confirmation email/letter will be sent to you once your repayment is verified and updated in our system.
10. My EMI has been deducted from my bank, but it is not showing in your records. What should I do?
Please share the debit confirmation from your bank (screenshot/statement) so we can check with our payment partner and update your records.
