1. Why can’t I change my registered mobile number?
For security reasons, your mobile number is permanently linked to your account at the time of registration. This helps protect your account from unauthorized access and ensures repayment reminders and updates reach you securely.
2. What should I do if I’ve lost my mobile number?
You should contact your mobile service provider (e.g., Airtel, Jio, VI, BSNL) and request a replacement SIM card with the same number. Once reactivated, you can continue using it to log in and receive SMS/OTP updates.
3. How long will it take to get a replacement SIM?
Most service providers issue a replacement SIM within 24–48 hours. Some may provide same-day activation depending on availability and service policies.
4. Can I log in without my registered mobile number?
No. Since login is secured with OTP verification, you will need access to your registered number to log in to your account.
5. What if my EMI due date is approaching and I still don’t have my SIM?
If you cannot retrieve your SIM in time, please ensure timely repayment by:
- Borrowing access to your number temporarily from the service provider (many allow OTP retrieval at the store).
- Using alternative arrangements like manual repayment links if your account access is restored quickly.
Delays in repayment may impact your CIBIL score, so we recommend resolving the SIM issue at the earliest.
6. Can I receive payment reminders on an alternate number or email?
Currently, reminders and OTPs are only sent to the registered mobile number. For security purposes, we cannot send them to alternate numbers or emails.
7. What if I permanently lose access to my number?
If your service provider cannot restore the number, unfortunately, you may not be able to continue using your account. In such cases, please reach out to our support team for alternate guidance.
8. Who should I contact if I face issues with SIM replacement?
You will need to reach out directly to your telecom operator’s customer care for support with SIM recovery. Our team cannot intervene in telecom services but will be happy to assist you once you regain access
