Once your loan application has been submitted and approved, it is not possible to change or update your bank account details. This restriction is in place to ensure the security and authenticity of your loan disbursement process.
If you notice that the bank account number entered during your loan application does not match the one on your bank statement, please do not proceed with the e-sign process, as it may lead to disbursement issues.
Our system currently does not support editing or updating bank details after submission, even if a previous loan has been closed or a new loan offer is generated. However, our team is actively working on introducing this feature in future updates to make the process more flexible for our customers.
