If your funds were not credited because of an incorrect bank account number, please don’t worry — we’ll help you resolve it.
Why did this happen?
This issue usually occurs when the bank account number entered during the loan application or repayment process contains an incorrect digit or an extra number. For example, entering an 11-digit number instead of 10 digits will make the account invalid and prevent the funds from being transferred successfully.
What happens next?
If the account number is invalid, the transaction will fail, and the funds will not reach your bank account. However, as per our records, the transfer may still show as successful from our end until the bank completes its internal verification and reversal process.
Will I be responsible for the payment?
No, you will not be held responsible for any payments until the funds are successfully credited to your valid bank account. Our team will ensure that the issue is resolved appropriately.
What should I do now?
Please allow us 24 to 48 hours to investigate the issue. If the bank confirms that the transaction failed and the amount is reversed to us, your loan application will be automatically cancelled.
Once the reversal is confirmed, please note that the cancellation process may take an additional 24 to 48 hours to reflect in your account.
How will I know when it’s resolved?
Our support team will notify you via your registered email or mobile number once the reversal and cancellation are successfully completed.
