Your loan application will remain incomplete until you upload your last 3 months' bank statements in PDF format. This document is required to evaluate your loan application.
If your bank statement is password-protected, you can:
Remove the password yourself and upload the PDF through the TrustPaisa app, or
Share the password-protected PDF and its password with our support team. We'll help unlock it and guide you through the upload process.
Once your bank statement is successfully uploaded, your application will proceed for review.
