If your payment didn’t go through today, please try the following steps:
Check your internet connection:
Ensure that you have a stable network connection before retrying the payment.-
Retry the payment:
Log in to the TrustPaisa app or visit our official website: https://trustpaisa.comLog in using your registered mobile number.
Click on “Pay Now.”
Enter the repayment amount manually.
Choose your preferred payment mode — UPI, debit card, or net banking.

If the payment is still not successful:
Take a screenshot or screen recording showing the error message or failure.
Share it with us at help@trustpaisa.com so our team can investigate the issue.
Please note that if your payment attempt failed, no amount will be deducted from your bank account. However, if the amount has been debited but not reflected in the app, it usually gets reversed to your account within 5–7 working days (depending on your bank).
