If your Auto Pay amount has been debited from your bank but is not yet reflected in the TrustPaisa app, please don’t worry. This can happen due to a temporary technical issue in payment updates.
Your payment will be updated within 3–5 working days once the issue is resolved.
What you can do:
Keep a copy of your payment confirmation or bank debit screenshot.
Wait for 3–5 working days for the update to reflect automatically.
If it doesn’t appear after that, please contact our support team for assistance.
