My payment was debited, but it’s not showing in the app. What should I do?

If a payment was deducted from your bank account but is not reflected in the TrustPaisa app, do not make the same payment again immediately. 

Keep the transaction reference, allow time for reconciliation, and contact Support if it does not update.
