If the payment failed in the TrustPaisa app but the amount was debited from your bank, please don’t worry.
Here’s what you can do:
Wait for 3–5 working days — the deducted amount will either be automatically updated in your TrustPaisa account or refunded to your bank.
Check your bank statement or UPI transaction history for confirmation.
If the payment hasn’t been updated or refunded after 5 working days, please share the transaction screenshot and UTR/reference number at help@trustpaisa.com for investigation.
